Technical Business Analyst - 12 Month FTC

Who you are:
A Technical Business Analyst with key skills in functional designs, sequence diagrams, process flows, business rules catalogues.
Good exposure/understanding of key business system e.g. PIM, OMS and POS.
Demonstrated experience with integration technologies (APIs and middleware platforms such Azure API Management, MuleSoft)
Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts
Experience in retail would be beneficial
Primary objective of the job:
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our business applications team. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development resources (Internal and External), translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. You’ll contribute to the success of delivery by ensuring solutions are aligned with user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and detailed functional requirements.
Conduct comprehensive reviews to identify key system challenges and recommend effective solutions.
Liaise with technical teams, project managers, and external vendors.
Create and maintain documentation, including data flow diagrams, system architecture, and process maps.
Support end-to-end testing phases, including creating test scenarios, assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolving integration defects.
Provide training and post-implementation support to stakeholders, ensuring optimal utilization of the integration solutions.
Continuously review and improve processes to align with best practices and organizational goals.
What you’ll need:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software delivery or retail environment
Ability to own required changes end to end.
Strong Problem Solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Ability to work to deadlines
A self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
